The line between love and hate is invisible. The person you are madly in love with today, could be the person you hate most in a years time. Emotions are ever changing. Hate and love are mirrors of each other. It is almost effortless to step from one side to the other. All it takes is a trigger. A break up. A misunderstanding. Simple things that become the straw that break the camels back.
Some times we hate what we want most but can't have. It is out of pure spite. We condition ourselves to hate that object or person. We force ourselves to trigger that emotion when ever we hear or see that person or object, then the emotion becomes an almost natural reaction.
This I've learned from Sir Josh, is called reversed conditioning.
